Aiming to create awareness about hygiene among people, officials of Reckitt Benckiser and Channel i along with distinguished guests took part in a cleanup drive in the capital's Gulshan-1 yesterday.
The drive is a part of “Dettol-Channel i Porichchonno Bangladesh” campaign, said a press release.
A total of 65 locations, including Gulshan-1 lake area, across the country were cleaned by Reckitt Benckiser and Channel i officials yesterday.
The target of the campaign is to reach at least 80 million people of the country each year through media and directly educate five million people regarding hygiene by 2020.
