A policeman was suspended yesterday following an allegation that he demanded Tk 200 when a person sought help in filing a general diary few days back.
Abul Hashem is a constable of the capital's Rupnagar Police Station. The person claimed to have secretly videoed the incident. Syed Shahin Alam, OC of the police station, said they found him guilty in the footage.
